sdlctl wizard command enhancements

List of missing points for the sdlctl wizard command:

• Possible evaluation of the silhouette score
• Management of authors (currently Anonymous author is always selected at default)
• Management of workflow files (currently if the user tells me that that file is neither input nor output nor input_parameter and chooses the other value then it ignores the file and does not insert the metadata for that file into the json file
• Fix command sdlctl wizard logging and error handling
• Fix dependencies and check the package build
• Add command parameter -e -extended. This enable other additional questions like the choice of author and license
